Humans Uber Alles: Dark Days for the Federation (Summer 2006)

October, 2380 (approximately Stardate 58408.3)

A shadowy, puppetmaster-type secret society pulls off a coup
and takes control over the Federation Council

All Alien Ambassadors are forcibly ejected from the Council and
replaced with Humans.

All Aliens of high-rank in Starfleet are replaced with Humans,
Admiral Sontak is arrested and put into a penal colony

Project Open Arms is disbanded

Various memorandum go out announcing that there can be no non-humans
in 'sensitive' positions on Starships or Starbases.  These positions
include:

First Officer
Helmsman
Security Chief
Chief Engineer
CMO

The Bynars pull the computer core and escape to Bynarus

The Menagerie is scrapped (no more cores to run things) and towed to the
Rigel 6 junkyard.
